The Oversea Study Exam takes place twice a year (usually in September and February). It consists of two sessions: in the first session students are tested on listening comprehension, grammar, reading comprehension and writing skills and in the second session they are tested on their oral skills through a colloquium with two professors from the department. The colloquium focuses on a variety of topics that go from personal experience to the discussion of more abstract political and social issues. Students are normally expected to take this exam after they have completed at least the Italian Intensive Advanced II level.
The date for the Study Abroad Written Exam will be September 12th from 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM in ICC 227
